Q & A
Does the Lindo Twist-n-Roll removes hair from the root or just cut it from the skin level?
The Twist-n-Roll tweezers remove hairs from the root just like waxing or threading does.
Does it hurt when using the Lindo Twist-n-Roll?
Most people don't feel bad at all while some people may feel more sensitive.
For people who are regularly waxing or pulling hair from the root, using Twist-n-Roll is not painful at all. It feels the same like plugging except this is quicker since you pull more than one hair at a time.
For people who have never remove hair from the root before, or have thicker hair on the upper lip area, we recommend putting a hot towel on the skin before the hair removal. This will help opening the pores and the hair removal will be much gentle. Make sure the towel is hot enough and leave it there for at least 2 minutes. (Please don't burn yourself either) After a few times of hair removal, the skin will get used to the motion and feeling, you'll not need the hot towel any more.
How does the Lindo Twist-n-Roll work?
When you bend the tweezers into an upside-down U shape and place it against the skin, the coil will open and the facial hair will get in between the coils. When you twist the handles, part of the coil will close and grab the hairs. With the rolling motion, the coil will open and close and hairs are gently pulled from the root.
Does it works on coarse hair?
The Lindo Twist-n-Roll works on all types of hairs including peach fuzz and coarse hair.
When you use it on long, coarse hair, you'll need some patience and practice; if you can't get the long hair by rolling the tweezers on the hair, you can try this way: pull the handles to open the coil so the hair can be caught between the spring, then roll it.
How can I use it on my eyebrows?
The Lindo twist-n-Roll can be used between the eyebrows and above the eyebrows. We do not recommend using it under the eyebrows since it might grab your eyelashes.
To use it between the eyebrows, you can try to roll from different directions to find the best angles.

How do I clean it? Can I rinse it under water?
